Hosting
The site runs on a virtual private server rented from OVH (OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France), located in the European Union.
What is collected
The site collects nothing on its own. Data is only recorded when you choose to fill in the waitlist form.
We then store: your first name, your email address, the capacity you select (founder, provider or support organisation), your free-text message if filled in, the language of the page, and where your visit came from.
The site uses Umami to count visits. It sets no cookies, stores no full IP address and cannot identify you: it only measures anonymous totals, such as visits per page, country, and clicks on the main buttons. This data is never cross-referenced with the form.
Why, and on what basis
This data is used only to notify you when Le Net launches, and to understand which profiles and needs come forward so we can build the service.
The legal basis is your consent: you give us your address by voluntarily signing up to a list whose purpose is stated on the page. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us, without having to explain why.
Who has access
The form is provided by Tally (tally.so). Responses are then copied automatically into a Google Sheets file on Le Net’s Drive.
Only the two people on the team have access. Your data is never sold, rented, or passed to third parties for commercial purposes.
How long
Your data is kept until the service launches, then for as long as the resulting relationship requires, and at most three years after your last contact with us. It is deleted on request.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. Write to contact@lenet.brussels and we will respond within one month.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you may contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority (rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, dataprotectionauthority.be).
Cookies
The site sets no cookies at all, neither analytics nor advertising: Umami works without them. No consent banner is therefore required. Fonts are hosted alongside the site, so no request is made to a third-party service to display them.
The signup form is embedded from Tally and may set technical cookies required for it to work. See Tally’s own policy for details.
Intellectual property
The name Le Net, the visual identity and the contents of this site belong to their authors. Any reuse requires prior agreement.
